This is a soft form of pregnancy yoga and you do NOT have to be particularly flexible to participate! ;) The course is balanced in its focus on both the strengthening and the relaxing yoga exercises and if you have moderate pelvic pain, we will arrange exercises adapted to your needs. The physical intensity is less than on Gravid Styrke and the relaxation at the end of the class is longer, but the focus of the class is still on keeping the body strong and in good shape during pregnancy. You can start Gravid Myk when you are in the 2nd trimester of pregnancy and it is possible to follow this form of course right up to your due date. You do not need to have had any previous experience of yoga to take part in this course. This class in taught in English, but Claudia (the yogateacher) understands Norwegian and can talk some in Norwegian as well.
