Elisabeth Gangnes

Underviser Gravid Pilates på Grünerløkka høsten 2020

Pilates is a safe and effective training method for pregnancy. It helps to improve balance, strength and develop a connection to the deep core muscles and the pelvic floor. I enjoy teaching Pre and Post natal Pilates since it helps the mother to feel energized, stable and relaxed.

Vår instruktør Elisabeth  Gangnes
Elisabeth Gangnæs is a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor from Los Angeles with over ten years of experience. She teaches sessions that are technique-focused with an emphasis on breath and mindfulness. Elisabeth discovered Pilates through classical ballet training during her youth and found it very effective for developing strength and mobility. She is trained in Pilates mat and apparatus 500T through Club Pilates and Stott and studied Yoga at Atmananda Yoga in New York City. With a strong interest in somatic movement practices, she also has experience with Alexander technique, Body-Mind Centering and meditation.
