Underviser Gravid Pilates våren 2019

I enjoy teaching pre and postnatal Pilates as it helped me a great deal when I was pregnant and going back to dance after the baby. Pilates is a great way to maintain strength, stay toned and most importantly strengthen the pelvic floor. You can still sculpt arms, streamline the thighs and have a good workout while pregnant.

Clair Constant is a retired Ballerina from Den Norske Opera og Ballett. She is a fully trained Pilates instructor. Her teaching is in English, but she also understands Norwegian.
